SafeandHealthyWorkplace安全與健康的工作環(huán)境
AsafeandHealthyworkplaceisessentialfortheemployeesworkinginyourfactories.Thefactoryneedstoprovidethefollowingtoensuretheemployeescanquicklyreactincaseofemergency:健康與安全的工作環(huán)境對于你們工廠的雇員來說是必不可少的.為確保您的雇員在緊急情況下能夠迅速作出反應,工廠需要提供以下便利/措施:
1.Enoughfireextinguishersand/orhydrants(withhoses)forthesizeofthefactoryandinaccordancewithlocallaws.
相對于工廠規(guī)模足夠的滅火器和/或消防栓(帶水管),且符合當?shù)胤梢?guī)定.
2.Adequateemergencylighting(withabatteryback-up)shouldbeinstalledthroughoutthefactory.
整個工廠需安裝有足夠的緊急照明系統(tǒng)(帶有備用電池).
3.Adequateemergencyexits.Bestpracticeistoensureeveryemployeehadaccesstoatleasttwoexits.
充足的緊急出口.佳做法是確保每名雇員都可以享用兩個緊急出口.
Exitsshouldbeunblocked(fromtheinside),unobstructedandwellmarked.Theexitdoorshouldpushtoopen,notpulltoopen.
緊急出口需保持暢通,不得有任何阻擋/阻塞,且明顯標示.緊急出口門必須是"推"開,而不是"拉"開.
4.Allemployeesshouldhavebasictrainingonhowtousethefireextinguishers/hydrants,locationoftheemergencyexitsandfirst-aidtraining.
所有雇員需接受以下基本培訓:如何使用滅火器/消防栓,緊急出口位置及急救培訓.
5.PersonalProtectiveEquipmentsuchaseyewear,ear-plugsandfacemasksshouldbemadeavailabletoemployeeswhenapplicable.
當情況需要時,需提供個人防護設備如:眼罩,耳塞,面具等.
Theemployeesshouldalsobetrainedinthecorrectuseandeducatedonwhytheyshouldusepersonalprotectiveequipment.
需要對雇員如何正確使用個人防護設備進行培訓,以及為什么他們需要使用個人防護設備.
6.Ifdormitoriesareprovided,theymustbeincmpliancewithallapplicablelawsinregardstofire&safety,roomsizeandnumberofoccipantsperroom.
如果工廠提供住宿(宿舍),必須符合與消防/安全,房間面積及每間人數(shù)等所有適用的法律要求.
NoForcedorCompulsoryLabor不使用強迫/強制勞動力
Targethasa"zerotolerence"policytowardstheuseofforcedorcompulsorylabor.
Target對于強迫/強制勞動力的使用采取"零容忍"政策.
1.Employeesmustbeabletodeclineovertimewithoutpenalty(financialorother).雇員必須可以不受任何懲罰的(財務或其它形式的)拒絕加班.
2.Employeesshouldnotbesubjecttolargefinancialemplymentdepositstobeginorretainemployment.不得對雇員收取入廠押金或雇傭押金.
3.Noprisonlabormaybeused.IsisillegaltoimportproductsproducedbyprisonlaborinthetheUnitedStatesperU.S.CustomsandBorderProtection.不得使用勞動力.根據(jù)美國海關與邊防局,進口勞動力生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品進入美國是違法的.
FairDisciplinaryPractices公平懲戒措施
Workersshouldnotbeunfairlypunishedforthingssuchasdecliningovertime,beingtardy,producingdefectivegoods,orpoorproduction.Allfactoriessholdhavewrittenrulesregardingdisclipnaryproceduresandthosepoliciesshouldbecommunicatedtotheworkers.工人不得對如以下行為受到任何懲罰:拒絕加班,遲到,做出次品或較差的生產(chǎn).所有工廠對于懲戒措施/程序需要書面規(guī)則/政策,且這些規(guī)則/政策需傳達于工人.
1.Disciplinarypracticesmustbeinaccordancetoapplicablelocallaws.懲戒措施必須符合所適用的當?shù)胤?
2.Targethaa"zerotolerence"policytowardscorporalpunishment.
Target對于雇員體罰采取"零容忍"政策.
3.Corporalpunishmentisdefinedas"punishmentinflictedonaperson'sbody"
"體罰"定義為"對一個人的身體采取的懲罰".
NoDiscrimination無歧視
Workersshouldbehiredbasedonqualifications,notgender,race,personalcharacteristicsorbeliefss.
工人的雇用需根據(jù)其資格,而不是別,種族,個人特征或信仰.
1.Allemployeesshouldbetreatedwithrespect.Thisincludesworkersimportedfromanothercountry.對于所有雇員都需要尊重以待.包括他國雇員.
2.Pregnacy/HIVtestingshouldnotbeconductedattimeofhireunlessrequiredbylocallaw.除非有當?shù)胤梢?guī)定,雇用時不得進行懷孕/艾滋病毒檢測.
ReasonableWorkingHoursandOvertime合理的工作時間與加班時間
Workinghoursshouldnotexceedlocallaws
工作時間不得超過當?shù)胤傻囊?guī)定
1.Targetestablishesamaximumworkweek(includingovertime)of60hours.Iflocallawspecifiesaworkweek(includingovertime)oflessthan60hours,locallawshouldbefollowed.
Target接受的每周長工作時間為60小時(包括加班時間在內(nèi)).如果當?shù)胤梢?guī)定的周長工作時間(包括加班時間在內(nèi))小于60小時,以當?shù)胤蔀闇?
2.Employeesshouldreceiveonedayofrestperweek(onedayoffinsevendays).雇員每周需有至少一天休息(一周七天至少休息一天).
3.Employeesmustbeabletodeclineovertimewithoutpenalty(financialorother).雇員必須能夠不受任何懲罰的拒絕加班(財務的或其他任何懲罰).
4.Vendorsshouldknowandfollowthelocallawforeachcountryofproduction.供應商必須知道且遵守進行生產(chǎn)的每個國家當?shù)氐姆?
FairWages公平工資
1.Employeesmustbepaidforallhoursworked.Useofatimeclockorscan-cardsystemisrequiredtotrackingemployee'shours(bothregularhoursandovertime).必須支付雇員所有工作時數(shù).必須使用考勤鐘或刷卡考勤系統(tǒng)來記錄雇員工作時數(shù)(正常工作時數(shù)和加班時數(shù))---Target不接受手工考勤表.
2.Locallawsregardingwagesandovertimecompensationmustbefollowed.必須遵守當?shù)胤申P于工資或加班補償?shù)囊?guī)定.
3.Employeesshouldreceiveadditionalcompensationforovertimeeveniftheparticularcountrydoesnothaveovertimewagelaws.即使某個國家未有加班工資的法律,雇員也應當?shù)玫郊影嗟念~外補償.
4.Employeesshgouldbepaidinatimelymanner.雇員工資需按時支付.
5.Anypayrolldeductionsmustbeinaccordancewithlocallaws.任何工資中扣除項目需符合當?shù)胤梢?guī)定.
6.Employeesshouldnotbeheldrespnsiblefordamagedgoods.雇員不該對毀損貨物負有責任.
NoChildLabor不得雇傭童工
ChildisdefinedbyTargetasbeingbelowthelocalminimumageor14,whicheverisgreater.
Target對童工的定義:14歲以下或當?shù)胤梢?guī)定的小年齡以下-二者哪個大適用哪個.
1.Targethasa"zerotolerence"policytowardstheuseifchildlabor.ItisTarget'sPolicytonotacceptproducedbychildlabor.
Target對于雇用童工采取"零容忍"政策.Target政策規(guī)定不接受童工生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品.
2.Apprenticeshipprogramsmustbefullydocumentedandincompliancewithapplicablelocallaws.學徒工計劃必須有書面的實施制度和程序,且符合當?shù)胤梢?guī)定.
3.Thefactorymustmaintaincompleteandaccuratepersonnelrecordsforallemployees,including"temporary"or"seasonal"employees工廠必須保存完整且準確的所有雇員人事紀錄,包括"臨時工"與"季節(jié)工".
4.Vendorsshouldknowandfollowthelocallawforeachcountryofproduction.供應商必須知道且遵守進行生產(chǎn)的每個國家當?shù)氐姆?
CountryofOrigin原產(chǎn)國
1.Targetwillnotacceptanymerchandisethatwasillegallytran-shippedintotheUnitedStatesperU.S.CustomsandBorderProtection.根據(jù)美國海關與邊防局,Target不接受任何通過非法轉運進入美國的貨物.
2.Targethasa"zerotelerence"policytowardsthemisrepresentationofCountryofOrigin.
Target對于虛假的原產(chǎn)國的聲明采取"零容忍"政策.
3.PerU.SCustomsandBorderProtection,illegaltranshipmentisafalsedeclaritionifinfirmationgiventocircumventexistingUnitedStatestradelawsforthepurposeofavoidingquotas,embargoesorprohibinitions,ortoobtainpreferentialdutytreatment.根據(jù)美國海關與邊防局,非法轉運是出于規(guī)避現(xiàn)有美國法律關于配額,禁運或禁令或獲取關稅優(yōu)惠待遇而進行的虛假原產(chǎn)地信息聲明.
4.Thevendor/factoryshouldmaintainallproductionandimport/exportrecordsforaperiodoffiveyearsasrequiredbyU.S.CustomsandBorderProtection.根據(jù)美國海關與邊防局要求,供應商/工廠應該對所有生產(chǎn)及進/出口記錄保存五年.
Theserecordsshouldremainatthefactoryforaminimumof1yearandbeprovideduponrequestwithin72hours.

ZeroTolerence/SevereViolation零容忍政策/嚴重違犯
Ifanyofthebelowlisted4standardsareviolatedatanypoint,thefactorywillbemadenon-compliantandwillnotbeallowedtoproduceTargetownedbrandproductsforupto3years:
任何時間對于以下四條標準中的任何一條的違犯,工廠必須被定為"不遵約",且3年內(nèi)不得生產(chǎn)Target自有品牌產(chǎn)品:
IfthefactorydidproduceTargetproductsTargetcouldnotacceptthismerchandise.
