驗廠是關于社會責任合規的審核，一般國外客戶都非常注重工廠在社會責任方面的執行情況。Hasbro驗廠其涉及的很多審核內容都是關于方面，也就是員工的薪資福利、人身安全等。還有就是工廠在其地區的合法性存在，比如說是否得到當地政府的允許，工廠有無相關的違反國家相關法律法規的事項，對環境方面有傷害等等。所以如果工廠想順利通過Hasbro驗廠是需要準備很多平時運營的文件資料，工廠同時也需要對其自身的廠房安全的進行完善，對員工的合法薪資福利和環境保護的措施等等提供相關的審核依據資料。
