倉(cāng)壁振動(dòng)器使用和維護(hù)

1、 防閉塞裝置一般焊接在料倉(cāng)下部起至倉(cāng)高1/3--1/4處。
2、 若非鋼制料倉(cāng)或有加強(qiáng)筋不易振動(dòng)的料倉(cāng)，應(yīng)在倉(cāng)內(nèi)鋪設(shè)振動(dòng)板，將防閉塞裝置焊接在振動(dòng)板上，并一起堅(jiān)固在料倉(cāng)上。
3、每月對(duì)電機(jī)軸承進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)，補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑脂；定期清除機(jī)殼外積塵，改善散熱條件，但不能用水沖洗。
4、 定期檢查絕緣電阻，堅(jiān)固地腳螺栓，及時(shí)消除隱患。
