1、 電池應(yīng)該經(jīng)常補(bǔ)添蒸餾水（純水）。
2、 長(zhǎng)期不使用電動(dòng)叉車應(yīng)該將蓄電池充滿電擱置。并保持相隔1~2個(gè)月左右的頻率進(jìn)行充電。
3、 在多班作業(yè)時(shí)，電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)叉車需要有備用電池(連續(xù)工作的情況下，電池電量消耗的快，對(duì)電池的損耗也比較大)。
4、 電瓶充電時(shí)，必須將充電回路與斬波器完全脫離，因?yàn)槌�了影響充電機(jī)充電外，充電機(jī)產(chǎn)生的過(guò)電壓也會(huì)損害斬波器。
5、 電池不要橫放。因?yàn)椋�電池的�?nèi)部一般是22～28%的稀硫酸。電池正放的時(shí)候電解液可以淹沒(méi)極板并且還剩下一點(diǎn)空間如果把電池橫放的話會(huì)有一部分電極板暴露在空氣中，這對(duì)電池的極板非常不利，而且一般的電池的觀察孔或者電池的頂部都有排氣口與外界相通，所以電池橫放電解液很容易流出。
6、選擇智能型分階段的充電器，防止過(guò)充導(dǎo)致失水。
7、選擇高效率的電動(dòng)輪轂系統(tǒng)，減少工作電流。
8、勤充電或保持合理的充電頻率，最好能做到有計(jì)劃充電。如一天一充或二天一充。
9、防止虧電存放，虧電存放對(duì)電池最有害。
