維護工作的安全規(guī)則只有經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)才可以進行維修工作。（1）保持維修場地的清潔衛(wèi)生。（2）維修時，身上不要帶松散物品或貴重物品。維修(全/半)電動堆高車電氣系統(tǒng)時，如若金屬接觸到通電電子元件易造成短路或燃燒。所以，請摘下手表、耳環(huán)或其它飾物。（3）(全/半)電動堆高車維修前，先拔掉電源插座，斷開電源。（4）在打開左右箱蓋或電氣系統(tǒng)前，應(yīng)關(guān)閉(全/半)電動堆高車的鑰匙開關(guān)。（5）在檢查液壓系統(tǒng)前，應(yīng)使貨叉下降，釋放系統(tǒng)壓力。（6）檢查車體漏油狀況時，請用紙或硬紙板揩拭，切勿用手直接接觸。以免燙傷。（7）請注意傳動裝置或液壓系統(tǒng)中油溫可能較高，應(yīng)先使(全/半)電動堆高車冷卻后，然后更換齒輪油或液壓油，以防油溫高導(dǎo)致燃燒。8）液壓系統(tǒng)應(yīng)加注新的清潔油。

堆高車電機的維護（1）檢查維護電機應(yīng)在斷電下進行。（2）每三個月用250伏兆歐表測量電動機冷態(tài)絕緣電阻，其阻值應(yīng)大于0.5MΩ,如阻值小于0.5 MΩ，應(yīng)進行干燥處理。（3）檢查電機出線的連接線是否正確、牢固。（4）檢查換向片間是否清潔，電刷在刷盒內(nèi)應(yīng)滑動自如。（5）檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。（6）每三個月對電刷磨損情況做一次檢查，酌情更換電刷。（7）每年做一次電機的全面維護。
