功能及特點(diǎn)：

1.立式浸膠機(jī)可對(duì)7628、2116、1080等電子級(jí)玻璃布、氈、紙進(jìn)行連續(xù)浸漬、干燥、收卷或剪切。可浸漬FR—4、CEM—1、CEM—3環(huán)等半固化片。

2、立式浸膠機(jī)采用遠(yuǎn)紅外涂層熱油板輻射、電熱板輻射加熱，左中右多點(diǎn)溫度控制，使的半固化片左右凝膠化時(shí)間≤2.5S。PP表面平整、無(wú)雜質(zhì)、氣泡等現(xiàn)象。

3.立式浸膠機(jī)計(jì)量輥控制精度高，運(yùn)動(dòng)精度≤0.002mm，直線精度≤0.001mm/m.浸漬后的半固化片公差范圍符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

4.立式浸膠機(jī)高精度張力控制，全線張力值≤25daN

Functions and Features:
