一、適用范圍：Scope of application

可生產(chǎn)品種：中藥丸（大蜜丸）、黑芝麻丸、山楂丸、紅豆薏米丸、紫薯丸、食用糖丸、丸狀食品、球狀食品等。Varieties that can be produced: Chinese medicine pills (big honey pill), black sesame pill, hawthorn pill, red bean barley pill, purple potato pill, edible sugar pill, pill-shaped food, spherical food, etc.

二、特點(diǎn)：Features

1.輸送器與物料接觸部位，采用不銹鋼材料制作，其速度為無級(jí)調(diào)速，保證各種規(guī)格料條的出條速度。

2.采用光電傳感器控制切條長度，保證藥條長度一致，每條制品數(shù)量恒定，藥頭短小，且藥頭與成品分流，免去在成品中挑選藥頭。

3.采用間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)械手（ZW-369S為氣缸控制）切推料條，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。

4.電氣系統(tǒng)采用PLC控制，設(shè)置更方便快捷。（ZW-369S）

5.采用高精度CNC數(shù)控中心制作搓丸輥，以保證動(dòng)輥和固定輥的分切間距在允許偏差內(nèi)。

6.采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和專用機(jī)電元件，一旦發(fā)生故障可及時(shí)在市場和我公司采購，減少停產(chǎn)損失。

7.采用不銹鋼板整機(jī)封閉，無污染，易清潔，符合GMP要求。

8.生產(chǎn)過程中可涮食用油或酒精。防止蜜丸粘模具。

8. Cooking oil or alcohol can be rinsed during the production process. Prevent the honey pill from sticking to the mold.
