四、模具鎖盤（三點鎖定）：鎖定后不跑線，同時兼有微調功能，操作非常簡單。

五、微量潤滑系統：油量根據轉速自動調節。（降低石蠟油耗，節約成本）

六、內置冷風系統，配備冷水機。

七、膠皮滾采用單獨變頻調速：生產時如果膠液質量不好可通過膠皮滾調速來解決。

八、出丸區冷風定型設計；避免拉網軸纏網膠，使膠囊成型更美觀 。

九、模具下丸部分采用特殊的斜斗，清洗非常方便。

十、供料泵與機頭采用外側傳動，供料泵內的潤滑油不會進入機頭。（供料泵獨立密封）
