      多組份協(xié)效阻燃(服裝)面料的最大特點是將防護性和濕熱管理功能完美結合。這種產(chǎn)品以纖維素阻燃纖維為基礎,纖維素阻燃纖維的吸濕性及透濕性使用者已經(jīng)深有體會。面料的水汽轉移阻耐性能(Ret)越小,面料的透濕性越好,將會提高阻燃服的舒適性。其測量方法參照GB/T11048-2008《熱組合濕阻的測定》、ISO11092標準。EN469消防滅火服的性能要求標準指出,水汽轉移阻礙性能指標低于30較好。水汽轉移阻礙性能取決于纖維素阻燃纖維的混紡比例,纖維素阻燃纖維含量越大,水汽轉移阻礙性越小,阻燃防護服的舒適性越強。經(jīng)檢測,當纖維素阻燃纖維的含量大于50%時,Ret值低于30。以纖維素阻燃纖維為基礎,以芳綸1414為骨架,根據(jù)不同要求配以防靜電纖維或其他功能纖維,使其具有透氣、吸濕,調節(jié)人體熱量的功能;遇到火焰有防止熱收縮及燃燒破裂的特點,選用合理的配比可使防爆裂功能可發(fā)揮到極限。再配以2%防靜電纖維,使產(chǎn)品成為本質阻燃,防靜電、防止熱收縮、防止燃燒破裂,舒適性好、強力高的新面料,價位僅是老IIIA(芳綸1313/芳綸1414/導電絲:93:5:2)面料的1/2
