減速機技術資料：

減速機感應器在設計制造適應保證使工件表面有符合要求的均勻化層分布，高的電效率，足夠的機械強度，便于安裝調整，操作方便等條件。沿齒溝中頻淬火感應器主要由接緣板、連接板、齒形部分和導磁體組成一是感應器沿齒溝的直線運動；二是感應器在沿齒溝直線運動的同時，因為減速機感應器的高度保持不變，齒輪軸為斜齒，因此齒輪軸必須按螺旋角的大小進行回轉運動。 
      如果氣體積聚在泵的頂部，減速機氣體逐漸增多使泵內油面底于活塞口上部，泵功力就受到影響，使得油泵建壓效率降低，造成油泵長時間運行或頻繁打壓保證在感應器進入齒溝之前導向棒已經開始導向，而且在感應器離開工件之前導向棒還要繼續導向一定距離；導向棒在高度上、前后、左右在一定范圍內能夠進行調整，使之導向順暢。 
      該減速機工藝性裝置利用浮球加杠桿的機械組合簡單、可靠。該裝置氣密性經過在2倍的實際壓差中檢驗。 
      根據齒形用方形紫銅管制作兩匝感應器頭部，使減速機感應器頭部外表面與齒面的間隙為2mm。通過對工藝性裝置的實際應用情況反饋，安裝了該裝置的斷路器未有頻繁打壓的缺陷發生，階段性的驗證取得了預期的效果。
