pnL、PN型泥漿泵系單級單吸泥漿泵分立式和，適用于輸送含固體顆粒的廣泛適用在火電廠水力除灰，礦山輸送礦砂，也可用于建材、造紙、紡織、食品、飼料等部門各種漿料，大濃度50%-60%（重量計）。PNL、PN型泥漿泵，過流零件均使用耐磨合金材料制造，壽命長，敞開式葉輪用螺紋軸連接，葉輪與護板之間的間隙可以，以保持工作。

使用說明

在安裝PN型泥漿泵時泵進口禁止有急據彎頭，盡量可能向下傾斜30度左右，以方便排除進口管道的空氣，達到的吸漿狀態，避免造成氣蝕現象，吸不進漿液。啟動泥漿泵之前應盤動聯軸器無卡死以及盤動困難的現象，如有此類現象應該校準電機與泵頭的平衡度，然后把泵腔里面灌滿，再啟動泥漿泵。在使用中應該泥漿泵的運轉周期定期更換備件和軸承以防出事故耽誤生產。進口流量過少不宜運行，以避免引起震動和漿料沉淀。泥漿泵不使用前應該用清水沖洗泵腔以防泵體里面的泥漿結塊堵塞泵腔。該系列PN泥漿泵除了1PN和2PN型泥漿泵出口為水平以外，其它的泵均為垂直向上。PN泥漿泵必須加入一定量的軸封水，其水量一般為工作流量的1-3%。其水壓一般應大于工作壓力1公斤/厘米2.1PN、2PN、**N、2PNL、**NL轉向自電機方向看為順時針方向，4PN、6PN、8PN、10PN、12PN轉向自電機方向看為逆時針方向。該型泥漿泵一般情況下采用倒灌自注式安裝。（其中，1PN、2PN、**N在輸送常溫泥漿泵條件下，泵的安裝位置，應使泵軸的水平中心線，低于被輸送泥漿泵的上水平表面1至3米水柱適用）。泥漿泵停泵時禁止倒轉，也就是在安裝管道時出口管道上要裝單向閥防止倒流，避免倒流造成泵倒轉的現象。 

產生故障的原因及排除

1、軸功率大的原因葉輪和護板發生，解決辦法是葉輪和護板的間隙。 
2、揚程不夠的原因（1）葉輪和護板的間隙過大，解決辦法葉輪和護板的間隙，如后還達不到要求，就得更換新葉輪和護板。（2）大塊顆粒堵塞葉輪流道，解決辦法拆掉部分進水管，將大塊顆粒。 
3、軸承過熱原因（1）油太少或者太多，解決辦法使油保持在油標規定油位。（2）油中有雜質，解決辦法更換新油。（3）軸承磨損，解決辦法更換新軸承。 
4、泥漿泵工作中震動的原因（1）葉輪不是平衡的磨損，解決辦法更換新葉輪。（2）軸承磨損或油中有雜質，解決辦法更換新油或更換新軸承。（3）泵進料不足、進入空氣過多，解決辦法進料和附加清水。 
5、密封漏液原因（1）水封管中沒水，解決辦法檢查水封裝置，引壓力水注入填料。（2）填料磨損，解決辦法更換新填料。
