日新衛(wèi)生型離心泵可廣泛適用于各類液體物料的輸送.如乳品,啤酒,飲料,醫(yī)藥,生物工程,精細(xì)化工等領(lǐng)域.它不但可以輸送普通的低,中粘度溶液,也可以輸送含懸浮物或有腐蝕性的溶液.日新衛(wèi)生型離心泵的形式工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)單級,單級,開式葉輪.泵殼,葉輪經(jīng)精心設(shè)計,減小了阻力,徹底消滅了衛(wèi)生死角.由于其特殊的結(jié)構(gòu),所以提高了泵內(nèi)液體的流速,從而提高了泵的整體性能,且易于清洗,具有卓越的衛(wèi)生性能.它可以滿足產(chǎn)品對衛(wèi)生,柔性處理的要求并具有耐化學(xué)腐蝕性能.

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計:

SCP泵由以下部分組成:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的馬達(dá),葉輪,泵殼,衛(wèi)生機(jī)械密封.它具有專為就地清洗系統(tǒng)(CIP)設(shè)計的內(nèi)部無死角和可清洗的密封.SCP泵有一個不銹鋼的外罩可保護(hù)馬達(dá),還有四個可調(diào)節(jié)的不銹鋼支腳.

軸封:

SCP泵裝有一個平衡型單端面機(jī)械密封或一個可沖洗的平衡型單端面機(jī)械密封.這兩種機(jī)械密封的靜環(huán)由AISI316L鋼內(nèi)嵌碳化硅或石墨構(gòu)成,動環(huán)則由碳化硅制成.可沖洗機(jī)械密封的輔助密封是一個經(jīng)久耐用的唇形密封.SCP10B~SCP25B型泵的機(jī)械密封為雙端面機(jī)械密封.

Standard design

the SCP pump consist of a standard motor, impeller, pump casing and sanitary mechanical shaft seal, the SCP pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal rounding and cleanable seals, SCP has a stainless steel shroud for protection of the motor ,and the complete unit is supported on four adjustable stainless steels.

Shaft seal

The SCP pump is equipped with either an single or a flushed shaft seal, both have stationary seal rings in acid resistant steel AISI316Lwith sealing surface in carbon or carbide and rotating seal rings in silicon carbide. the secondary seal of the flushed seal is a long lasting lip seal.SCP10B to 25Bbmay also be equipped with a double mechanical shaft seal.
