      (1)由于突然停電,造成系統(tǒng)壓力波動,出現(xiàn)排出系統(tǒng)負壓,溶于液體中的氣泡逸出使泵或管道內存在氣體。處理方法是將氣體排凈。(2)高壓液柱由于突然停電迅猛倒灌,沖擊在泵出口單向閥閥板上。處理方法是對泵的不合理排出系統(tǒng)的管道、管道附件的布置進行改造。(3)出口管道的閥門關閉過快。處理方法是慢慢關閉閥門。

      250S65A中開泵(雙吸離心泵)結構型式:1. 泵殼結構:采用軸向中開結構,吸入口與吐出口均在泵體上,且均在垂直于軸線的平面內。便于管路布置,便于檢修(檢修時,拆開泵蓋和轉子部件即可,無需拆卸進出口水管及原動機)。2. 轉子結構:采用雙吸葉輪,利用其葉片的對稱布置,達到平衡軸向力之效果。葉輪依靠兩側的軸套和軸套螺母固定在軸上,其軸向位置可通過調整軸套螺母,準確對中。軸采用兩端支撐結構,通過彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器直連原動機,有效降低機械損失;軸承為深溝球軸承,油脂潤滑,運行平穩(wěn)。3. 渦室結構:泵體、泵蓋和葉輪構成吸水室和壓水室。在吸水室和壓水室之間安裝口環(huán),用以減少壓水室的水漏回到吸水室,從而減小容積損失,同時對泵體起到有效地保護作用,延長泵殼使用壽命。在進出法蘭上,預留真空表和壓力表的安裝管螺孔;在進出水法蘭的下部,預留放水管螺紋孔接口,便于自動化控制系統(tǒng)接入。4. 軸封結構:軸封為填料機封或機械密封兩種,亦可根據特殊要求采用軟填料密封。水封水(沖洗水)根據介質情況,采用從壓水室引出或外接供應。雙吸離心泵的旋轉方向:從電機端向泵看,為逆時針方向旋轉,即吸入口在左,吐出口在右。也可根據用戶要求將驅動端移到泵的另一端,此時轉向和吸入 吐出口方向均與上述相反。
