strapping head	The VS 11-L series	The VS 11-L strapping aggregates are available in two fundamental different versions: • The proven electro-pneumatic driven aggregate VS 11-L, highest strap tension for the robust use • Our latest novelty on this field is the VS 11- LE completely based on electrics. A perfect synergy between the aggregate with its control and the long-lasting servo drives itself.
	The VS 31-L series	The VS 31-L fully automatic strapping machine is the high performance strapping system, particularly for heavy-duty use in steel and rolling mills.     The VS 31-L is strapping coils, panels, sections, billets or wire, reliable and secure. Even extreme working conditions in hot plants or complicated strapping processes are not a problem for the VS 31-L.     Constant improvements are the guarantor for top technology of the VS 31-L strapping aggregate. For today’s applications the VS 31-L strapping head is one of the highest valued steel heads worldwide.     TITAN technology is in operation in all five continents to the satisfaction to our partners and customer.
	The VS 12-L series	As the VS 11-L series, also the VS 12-L strapping aggregate is either powered electropneumatically or 100% electrically.     To increase the service availability of our strapping aggregates the drive mechanism of the VS 11-L and VS 12-L series is identical, except the sealing unit itself which is adopted to the joint technology.     Outstanding technology developed by TITAN. With the new VS 12-L strapping aggregate range TITAN offers its customers brilliant technical features for load security with Steel Strapping.     Two versions of VS 12-L Steel Strapping aggregates are available:     The VS 12-L LD for light-duty applications and the VS 12-L HD for heavy-duty applications.     Absolutely unique, strap thickness up to 1.0 mm (0.040") MEGABAND? can be handled with this aggregate.
	The VS 32-L series	The VS 32-L strapping aggregate is the ideal head for applications requiring extremely high strap tensions and joint efficiencies. In addition, the small base plate allows the strapping of small packages.     Special applications for the VS 32-L are circumferential strapping of coils, coil strapping through the eye, slit coils, wire and tube bundles, etc.
