　　電子產品的機器大規模生產帶動了SMT蓬勃發展,貼片機的廣泛運用又對SMD電子元器件規模化標準封裝提出了進一步的要求.把SMD元件放入載帶,再用蓋帶通過封裝的辦法封裝起來就是常說的編帶.因為編帶機的控制方式簡易,早前的遍帶機是用繼電器搭起來的控制系統控制的.

　　半自動編帶機

　　后來隨著PLC和單片機控制板的價格下降,越來越多的編帶機采用了PLC或單片機板+普通按鈕的控制方式.只是單片機控制板給人簡易,不穩定的感覺,所以用PLC的編帶機廠商還是要多些.后來由于有些廠家用觸摸屏把按鈕替代了,這樣編帶機控制箱面板上的按鈕就大大減少了,同時接線也方便許多.上面說的都是半自動編帶機,要人工放料.再后來出現了全自動編帶機,它克服了大量人工放量帶來的高成本和不穩定性.當然全自動編帶機也有缺點,它不是每一種產品都可以封裝,只是有針對性產品才可以.

　　二 、編帶機的電氣組成

　　半自動按鈕式編帶包裝機的主要控制部分有:

　　1、 一個拉帶馬達,一般的是調速馬達,也有用步進馬達.

　　2 、一個壓帶電磁,兩個刀頭電磁閥,一個總電磁閥.

　　3 、兩個刀頭溫度.

　　信號輸入部分:

　　1 、一個啟停按鈕,腳踏啟停也并接一塊.

　　2 、一個刀頭升降按鈕.

　　3 、一個連續/寸動/放氣三選按鈕.

　　4 、一個計數SENSOR,一個料控SENSOR.

　　5、 一個壓帶按鈕.

　　6 、兩個熱電偶SENSOR.

　　電氣元件主要有:

　　1、PLC一個(I/O點數要求大于8/4).

　　2、溫控制器兩個.

　　3、調速馬達一個.

　　4、四個電磁閥.

　　5、 兩個固態繼續電器(溫控),一個普通繼電器(調速馬達),一個總的空氣開關.

　　6、一個計數器(如果改用觸摸屏式,則可以省去).

　　7、兩個光纖SENSOR(一個計數,一個作為料控).
