工業(yè)機(jī)器人的廣泛應(yīng)用讓越來越多的企業(yè)和工廠有了更好的發(fā)展，隨著人工的減少，很多的中小企業(yè)也開始選擇了工業(yè)機(jī)器人，但工業(yè)機(jī)器人的種類很多，怎么選擇適合生產(chǎn)的工業(yè)機(jī)器人呢，今天我們就來簡單的說一下。



　　應(yīng)用場合。要先考慮機(jī)器人是用于什么樣的場合以及需要什么樣的制程。若是應(yīng)用制程需要人工和機(jī)器共同完成，尤其是需要經(jīng)常變換工位或移位移線的工作，以及配合新型力矩感應(yīng)器的場合，協(xié)作型機(jī)器人就是一個很好的選擇。

　　有效負(fù)載。是指機(jī)器人在工作空間內(nèi)可以攜帶的最大負(fù)荷。如果機(jī)器人完成將目標(biāo)工件從一個工位搬運(yùn)到另一個工位，我們就需要注意要將工件的重量以及機(jī)器人手爪的重量加總到其工作負(fù)荷。特別需要注意的是機(jī)器人的負(fù)載曲線，在空間范圍的不同距離位置，實(shí)際上的負(fù)載能力也會存在差異。

　　自由度(軸數(shù))。機(jī)器人配置的軸數(shù)直接關(guān)系到機(jī)器人在活動時的自由度。如果是針對簡單直來直去的場合， 4軸機(jī)器人就可以應(yīng)對。如果應(yīng)用在一個狹小的工作空間，同時還需要機(jī)器人手臂進(jìn)行很多的扭曲和轉(zhuǎn)動，6軸或7軸機(jī)器人就是最好的選擇。

　　最大的作動范圍。當(dāng)計算機(jī)器人的應(yīng)用場合時，還應(yīng)該了解機(jī)器人需要到達(dá)的最大距離。選擇一個機(jī)器人不是只看它的有效載荷，也需要綜合考量所能到達(dá)的確切距離。借此判斷，該工業(yè)機(jī)器人是不是適合特定的應(yīng)用。在機(jī)器人的水平運(yùn)動范圍內(nèi)，我們還要關(guān)注到到機(jī)器人近身和后方的非工作區(qū)域。
