　　本產品按GB12706《額定電壓35kv及以下銅芯、鋁芯塑料絕緣電力電纜》標準生產。
The product is manufactured according to the stand of GB12706 or IEC,BS,DIN and ICEA upon request.
適用范圍 Applications
　　本產品適用于工頻額定電壓0.6/1KV及以下配電網或工業裝置中固定敷設之用。
The product is suitable for use in power distribution lines or fixed insta-llations with rated power-frequency voltage up to and including 0.6/1KV.

使用特性 Operating characteristics
　　工頻額定電壓Uo/U為0.6/1KV。
　　Rated power-frequency voltage Uo/U:0.6/1KV.
　　電纜導體的允許長期工作最高溫度為70℃
　　Max.permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70℃
　　短路時（最長持續時間不超過5s）電纜導體的允許最高溫度：
　　導體截面 ≤ 300mm2 – 160℃；
　　導體截面 300 – 140＞℃；
　　Max.short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not excssd: (5smaximum duration).Cross-section of conducter ≤ 300mm2 – 160℃；
Cross-section of conducter ＞ 300mm2 – 140℃, 　　電纜敷設時環境溫度應不低于0℃。
　　The ambient temperature under installation should should not below0℃
　　電纜彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑10倍。

說明：
單芯鎧裝電纜僅用于直流系統，若用生交流系統，應采用非磁性材料鎧裝或司磁措施。

一、產品簡介
    電力電纜用輸配電系統，本公司生產的交流額定電壓0.6/1KV聚氯乙烯絕緣電力電纜和35KV及以下交聯聚乙烯電力電纜，其性能不僅符合標準GB1276和IEC60502及IEC60840，并且已形成系列，即阻燃型的、耐火型的、耐寒型的和防水型的電力電纜。
    在阻燃型系列產品中，成功地應用了隔氧技術，不僅0.6/1KV的聚氯乙烯絕緣和交聯聚乙烯絕緣阻燃電力電纜能達到GB/T12666.5《成束電力電纜燃燒試驗方法》中A類，而且額定電壓6/10KV及8.7/15KV交聯聚乙烯阻燃電力電纜也能達到A類高阻燃要求且有較大裕度。在交聯聚乙烯絕緣高阻燃的基礎上又開發了低煙無鹵高阻燃隔氧層電力電纜，其低煙無鹵性能符合國家標準GB/T17651.1.2和GB/T17650.1.2。這樣本公司的交聯聚乙烯電力電纜的整體水平低于國內領先地位。
    本公司生產的耐火型電力電纜為額定電壓0.6/1KV銅芯電纜，還可以生產低煙無鹵耐火電力電纜、高阻燃隔氧層耐火電力電纜，其耐火性能符合GB/T12666.6《電線電纜耐火特性試驗方法》。因此，耐火系列電力電纜的整體性能優良可靠。
    防火電纜的阻水性能符合IEC502-2規定。
